In this project, we assess farmers’ needs for recycled fertilizers and assess their environmental impacts for both farms and production chains. Refinement of biogas digestate is under an evaluation. Recycled fertilizers will be demonstrated in field test in collaboration with farmers. Recycled fertilizers are compared to other fertilizers. Networking with relevant actors in the field is essential in this project and cooperation between farmers and researchers has a key role.
