Liepāja is a city in western Latvia located on the Baltic Sea. Thanks to the constant sea breeze the city of Liepāja is known as “a city where the wind is born”. Liepāja is an important ice-free port as the port literally stays unfrozen through winters.

Guided excursion: The Karosta is the largest historical military territory in the Baltics and occupies almost one third of the entire territory of Liepāja. It is a unique compound of military and fortification buildings on the Baltic Sea sea shore.
